What is the Fuster case?
The Fuster case is a case of attempted matricide and attempted murder in the Campo Grande neighborhood of Asuncion Paraguay on October 8, 2010.
Who is the alleged author?
The author of killing his own mother is Marcelo Augusto Fuster Garcia. When the incident happened, he worked as a representative of the law being a lawyer and Defender of Children and Adolescents.
The facts

"He had a well-formed life, he worked as a public defender of Childhood and Adolescence, and his wife was a rapporteur of the Supreme Court of Justice, I believe that he played for the perfect crime," counted on his marked Chilean accent Luis Aguillón , stepfather of Marcelo Fúster. The latter, currently imprisoned for the murder of his mother, Graciela Fúster.
On the night of October 8, 2010, news shook Asunción. Graciela Fuster was brutally murdered, her husband Luis Aguillón attempted to behead him, and Marcelo Fúster, the son of the murdered woman, was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of the crime.
A year after the crime, Aguillón came to the editorial office of ÚH and decided to speak for the first time about what happened that fateful night.
SCARS The sequels are literally on the surface. Aguillón keeps several scars on his neck, because of the knife wounds that his stepson caused him. To save his life, the doctors had to perform a tracheotomy.
But if he survived it is because Fúster thought he was dead, said Aguillón, who crawled to the street and was helped by neighbors.
THE CELEBRATION.
"That day was scheduled to go to celebrate the 37 weeks of pregnancy of Marcelo's wife, Analía Miyasaki, my wife was at home and I went to work at the UniNorte Engineering School, where I teach. they were going to pick up at ten o'clock at night, "began Aguillón.
The university teacher was surprised to see his stepson arrive almost at eleven o'clock at night. He told her that he had already taken his mother to the house where he lived with his wife, in the Campo Grande district of Asunción, where both were waiting to celebrate the pregnancy.
"When we got home, I was struck by the fact that everything was dark and very silent, one never thinks, in disgrace, there was only one chair, I remember, that I had my back to the staircase." I shouted: "Hi!" when I arrived and nobody answered me, "Aguillón recalled.
"He went up the stairs and told me to wait, then I stayed with my back to the staircase, it would not have been two or three minutes and I felt like they were attacking me from the back, they hurt me, I turned around and it was him, he was attacking me two kitchen knives, "he said.
"I remember that I said to him: 'Marcelo, why are you doing this to me if I love you so much?' 'It's because you want to sell the house,' he replied," the man added.
After receiving several cuts in the neck and blows with blunt objects in the head, Aguillón was dragged to the back of the house.
Finally, the man was able to escape from the house and was helped by neighbors and a patrol boat. That night he was taken to Medical Emergencies, the Police found the corpse of Graciela Fúster in his son's house and this last one was arrested.
"The next day, after I had surgery, in the morning the prosecutor told me he could not talk because they put a tracheotomy in. We're going to give him a paper and a pencil to write who attacked him," the prosecutor asked. With difficulty I wrote the name of my stepson.When they left, I heard someone say: "You saw, it's the same guy who killed the lady." There I supposed my wife had died, "Aguillón recalled.
ESCAPED FROM THE HOUSE DRAGGING
After the attack he received inside the home of his stepson, Luis Aguillón was dragged to the backyard of the house trying to save his life.
"I had serious injuries, practically, I was dying, he would have thought I was still alive, but it was a matter of time, I was bleeding," said Aguillón.
"I felt that he was cleaning, that he was mopping, I imagine he was cleaning the blood." To all this I feel that he (Fuster) opens the mechanical door of the vehicle entrance and I feel that he does not enter, but he goes out and I do not feel his steps anymore. I suppose he will have gone out to throw something, maybe my penknife, my phone, which never appeared again, "the man recalled. "The moment he entered through the front door, I left dragging myself towards the street through the gate," he added. Aguillón indicated that his stepson really believed that he would be able to go unpunished if he killed him and his mother, because it was going to be a long time before someone verified that they disappeared. "We traveled a lot, we also lived together but with no one else," Aguillón said.
He also recalled that a few days before the crime, at a family dinner, his stepson asked his mother several times about his work schedules. On the other hand, Aguillón also said that it seemed little credible that the wife of Fúster, Analía Miyasaki, had not heard anything that night, even though she was at home.
